Return/Exchange Policy

Fluxfit always aim and ensure to provide you with the best and satisfactory products and customer service, we can understand that there will be times when you may wish to return or exchange a product you purchased from us.

Before returning an item, please read through our Returns Policy on this page, to make sure your item is eligible for return.

  • You have 7 calendar days after delivery to notify us that you want to return or Exchange the product.
  • Payment would be refund through Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/Jazz Cash or Any other supported payment method. Shipping charges of product would be deducted and the rest of the actual product amount would be refund (Return amount would only be processed once we receive the product from customer end).
  • Your return can be initiated by Live Chat or Call/WhatsApp us on our Customer Services number (+92) 0323-230-1651 or by sending an email to cs@fluxfitarmy.com.

a. Conditions for the return of the item?

  • Seal must be intact if there is one (if there’s any).
  • Item must not be used.
  • Item must not be damaged.
  • Item must include all packaging & accessories.

b. Valid reasons to return an item

  • Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival).
  • Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts).

c. What Items cannot be returned/exchange?

  • If seal is broken or incomplete packaging & accessories.
  • Medical/Health related products (We can’t replace due to safety measures)
  • Used or broken/damaged.
  • Edibles.
